Reporting to the CEO and the Group HR Director delivering a world-class service to management and around 550 employees, you must be degree calibre and professional association qualified with a demonstrable track record of substantially influencing company wide continuous improvement and other significant initiatives. Resilient, robust and with a highly visible, hands-on management style, you will be fully aware of current employment law and all other relevant legislation and will have particular strengths in nurturing teamwork, developing people and designing and delivering a best practice ER strategy.
