The New Business Team is pivotal to the ongoing success of Our client, and is looking to employ a world class New Business Development Manager. You will demonstrate the following skills:
Job Responsibilities: · Investigate and understand the internal business processes of potential clients; and strategise, present and demonstrate a tailored communication and technology solution. · Develop an understanding of customer's business objectives in order to map a strategy consisting of software, training, and implementation as a solution to those business objectives. · Prospect and develop new accounts whilst identifying new product innovations · Provide senior sales leadership for the assigned verticals markets · Drive the sales activities of the assigned segment/territory and provide detailed, accurate monthly forecasts. · Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals by selling Our client's ?s solution Customer Communications platform.
Required Qualifications & Experience: · 6 years of direct sales experience selling technical solutions into the financial services, marketing, insurance, telecommunications industries. · Experienced in solution and/or strategic selling methodologies. · An existing customer base and network that you can level for the short term benefit of our client · Highly knowledgeable of technology industry trends and strategies as they relate to the financial services, marketing, telecommunications, insurance industry segment. · Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding assigned revenue goals. · Excellent communication and presentation skills. · In addition, the candidate will also possess the ability to function in a team atmosphere, appreciate aggressive goals, have superior organizational/time management skills and a make-it-happen attitude. · Have a strong Nigerian network and contact base in the target verticals.
Education: · Bachelors degree in any related discipline, MBA will be added advantage.
