They now seek a talented individual to head up their Training department.

As well as direct line management responsibility, you will develop and implement the Personal Development Plans for all levels of the management team, ensuring their career aspirations are supported and their potential realised.
Of graduate calibre, you will be an accomplished manager and trainer, ideally from within the a very healthy and fast growing industry. You will have the credibility to support the senior management group where necessary and the ability to proactively challenge the status quo for the overall benefit of the business.
